These services are designed for small, service-based businesses and are subject to the agreed pricing tier at the time of purchase.

2.Account & Client Responsibilities

To work with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during onboarding
• Cooperate during the setup process (ex: access to domains, scheduling software, etc.)
• Keep login credentials secure and confidential
• Use services only for lawful business purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel service if policies are violated.

3. Payment Terms

• All services require a setup fee and recurring monthly payment
• No free trials are offered
• Monthly services are billed in advance
• Late or failed payments may result in temporary suspension of service

Custom projects or add-ons may require separate agreements.

4. Intellectual Property

All websites and automations we build for you are yours to use while you remain an active paying customer. Custom content (copy, graphics, layout) remains the intellectual property of Smart Biz Tools unless otherwise stated.

You may not resell or duplicate our work without written permission.

5. Cancelation & Termination

• You may cancel at any time with 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle
• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for abuse, fraud, or nonpayment
• Upon cancellation, we may remove or deactivate hosted services unless a buyout is arranged

6. Third-Party Integrations

Our tools often integrate with platforms like:

• HubSpot
• Google Analytics
• Calendly
• Zapier

You are also subject to those platforms' Terms of Use when using their tools.

7. Limitation of Liability

Smart Biz Tools is not liable for:

• Loss of business or income due to website downtime, tech errors, or automation delays
• User mistakes, misconfigured third-party settings, or missed leads
• Any indirect or consequential damages

Use of our services is at your own discretion and risk.

8. Modifications to These Terms
