Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 2025


1. Done-For-You Services

Because our services are customized and labor-intensive, we do not offer refunds once project work has begun.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Website design and setup
  • Marketing automation configuration
  • CRM and calendar integrations
  • AI sales assistant setup
  • Strategy sessions or consulting

Once a project enters production or any work is delivered, all payments are final and non-refundable.


2. Monthly Subscriptions

If you're on a recurring plan (e.g., maintenance, analytics, coaching):

  • You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges
  • However, we do not offer partial refunds for unused time

Access will continue through the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at:

We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

Suspension of your account

Termination of future service eligibility
